Have You Tried Music Therapy?

img_6133-1Music therapy has many benefits and helps with healing trauma. I have attached a link that provides great insight about music and mental health. I thought I would share a song that speaks to me, uplifts me and calms my thoughts.

  1. Music has had a huge impact on my life and always been therapeutic growing up, sometimes it has even saved my life. Thank you for sharing this song, I just found it the other day actually searching on youtube for new tunes and fell in love with it right away, it’s beautiful.

    Happy blogging!

Okay I think I should stop while I am ahead lol don’t want to fill up your blog with hundreds of songs. I tried to collect more inspirational songs here but also some songs that just have a lot of meaning to me happy or sad. Also tried to pick some diversity so a little bit of everything!

          • Thanks, glad you like them! I have listened to Pink since a teenager, she’s great! That is a really great idea to help kids share their feelings and connect as sometimes we can find it hard to share our feelings or find the right words to explain. Music is a great way! Yes music is very powerful

  2. Thanks so much for sharing this. Bird set free also resonates a lot with me and I listen to this song a lot when I am running. I have just started a poetry blog here on WordPress in case you have time to have a look? Today’s post is about music. Have a good day, Sam 🙂
